Frida Kahlo Museum

The Casa Azul, in Coyoacán. This is the one thing on the list we can genuinely miss out on: tickets are sold online only, there is no ticket window at the door, and they sell out weeks ahead.

Entry runs on 30-minute timed slots. The slot is your entry window, not how long you get inside, so plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early.

Official tickets are at boletos.museofridakahlo.org.mx. Book as soon as the dates are fixed — during holidays and high season people are booking a month or more out.

Coyoacán itself is worth the trip beyond the museum, so it pairs well with an afternoon down there.
